Good, concise & relevant content and clean, clear navigation with a logical flow ensure a high usability factor for this website. The company offers a variety of tour options or modules, as well as assistance with itinerary planning (even if you prefer to arrange your own transport and accommodation). The site is largely text based and a little lighter on graphics than some, but then this helps to keep download times short. One of our judges wondered whether an online itinerary questionnaire might cut down on some of the correspondence that would otherwise be required?
