The Pacific Coast Highway

I guess many of us take things like the Pacific Coast Highway for granted. The Pacific Coast Highway is however, part of a new strategy of promoting tourism routes to international visitor to New Zealand. The PCH became the first such route and has been followed by others such as Northland's 'Twin Coast Discovery'. When browsing by following hyperlinks, the site is simple to navigate and the relevant information easy to find. A search mechanism is employed to help travellers find out what's on offer by region. A traveller selects a topic from a drop-down list and activates the search against one or all regions. Sometimes however, the results don't return any goodies when you think they would. More searchable content here would significantly enhance this site. Visitors interested in travelling the PCH are able to request a hard-copy route planner, which is a good idea since, even a laptop may not be the ideal navigational tool to use whilst driving! If you're planning your next driving vacation, consider taking the Pacific Coast Highway.
